The expected production time is wrote below (it's changing depending on season, so we regularly update it to give you the most accurate estimation). As soon as the toy is finished we ship it and you receive a dispatch notification.
US orders usually ship from our a US logistics partner in Texas, so there are no customs fees to worry about.

This dragon doll is literally everything! The qualify is amazing, and you can tell the she was made with love! She’s fully posable, super soft, hand painted, and has beautiful detailing on her face. She arrived later than expected, but the team kept me updated as to what was happening the whole time and were super kind.
