How to choose the level of the customization?
Free of charge - changing the eyes. Please select an eye code (e.g. 1D) from the list attached to this listing and put it into the note to the order.
A small level - you only want to change either the paint or the fur colour.
A regular level - you would like to alter both the colouring of solid parts and the fur.
A big level - you're going to customize not only paint and fur but also add some other details like longer tails, horns etc.
A large level - it's an extra complicated change demanding a lot of time and skills of the masters (usually discussed with the manager while ordering).
Please write your customization request in the comment to the order (even if you told it to us anywhere else before) If you have any reference pictures that you would like us to see while creating your mercurian- please send them on giftofmercury@gmail.com and write the number of your order (if you already placed it) in the theme of the message.
For adding wings please use the item "Add the wings to your creature!"
If you still have questions, please message us directly on giftofmercury@gmail.com about the toy you would like to customize and we will consult you on which variation you'd have to buy.
*If it's impossible to use the chosen fur or paint pattern for the toy, we'll contact you through email and give some suggestions on that.
*If the level of customization is chosen incorrectly, we'll also contact you to give a partial refund or ask to pay additionally.
*This item is not refundable, since you're essentially paying for time, put into customizing your toy.

I ADORE my customized peacock unicorn! It is so gorgeous, highly detailed, and extremely well-made. The team of artists at Gift of Mercury are extraordinary and it is obvious how much care they put in to each creation. Customizing for my perfect dragon was super easy! The GoM team were super friendly and answered all of my questions rather quickly, despite the huge time difference. I also go progress pictures to make sure everything was right before the next step. Definitely helped both me and GoM team to have reference pictures, and just letting them know what of their available furs/eyes would work.
The team did an amazing job in brining my vision into reality, I could not be happier!! I’m in love with every little detail and I absolutely adore my new companion who I named Fenris. I wanted a doll of my fursona and after sending a reference sheet they suggested the doll that would suit her best, colors, and eyes that could be used. They sent me all their options for customization in case I wanted to change anything. They did such an amazing job on my doll. I highly recommend!

They recommended the colors and fur, and the result is magical and better than I ever imagined! I love the colors, and her long silky fur. The artists send pictures as your creature is being made to make sure you are happy with your order. The artists at Gift of Mercury are SO talented and it's easy to see the love they put into every detail! These art toys are worth every penny. She is a work of art and I am so happy with her.
